Monday – felt a little under the weather
Tuesday 3am – woke up feeling:
• Sweaty
• Shivery
• Achy
• Dizzy
• Sore throat
• Extremely tired
• Blocked sinuses
Been off work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and today.
Thursday – glands in neck very swollen
Friday – Some symptons gone, except tiredness, sinuses, glands and throat.
Throat – extremely painful to swallow. Took a throat sweet, Ibuprofen and lemon/ginger/honey drink as soon as I woke up. Hasn’t stopped hurting
