    Loan Lennon out. Too naive, too rash, needs to learn discipline and decision making more IMO. He plays well, then screws it up with a silly foul.

    If he is one up, he bottles it. I said that before he joined us and he has proven it all season. This is a squad where you have to try to win games 3-0. We won on Saturday but we let Coventry almost equalise. We go three up in 20 mins against Shrewsbury and sit back - the bloke is old school and we will always drop points from winning positions with him in charge. He is a coward, and I'd happily say it to his face. Meire, do one thing right in your life and please sack the loser now!

    What I gather.

    The bloke really has no belief in himself, the players and the club.

    He's consumed by the mindset that we will always be in for a rough ride. You have to be realistic, sure, but
    cautious sounds like an understatement.

    He maybe a highly influential reason, that the 3 points we should get, always turn to 1.

    He's never been promoted with a side before.

    He's boring.

    Riga is no better but would probably get more wins. That's the sad annoying truth.

    They've managed to get a British manager and shove it up the clubs ass.

    Sounded like a weakly managed team tonight---the players are capable but Slade has no grit or it seems backbone.
    Why take off the two best players in Holmes and Magennis when we're in with a chance of taking it 2-0?
    Slade has no guts(sic),no bottle---I think it's all been said on here.
