r this bunch. It's the same outfit who have the Railway Tavern in Bexley village which as everyone knows is the cleanest, fresh smelling, friendly and wonderfully decorated pub in the world

So is it a proper refurb - have you looked in @InspectorSands ? I wonder what they have done to the back room too?

Only looked in during the early stages (and only through the window), but looked like a proper refurb to me. They were applying for permission to put a proper kitchen in, too.
