    Just thought , does anybody remember the roller skate rink in Eltham high street , we used to go there on Saturday mornings , my mum bought tins of broken biscuits from a shop nearby , I think called caters ! . I caught the 21 bus from there to school at charlton every morning

    I don't remember the skating rink - but Caters was the supermarket that became Presto's in the place where Argos is now.

    Was a pretty famous armed robbery in Caters in the late 70's where one of the gang was shot dead by the OB.
