In theory Nugent could achieve this particular honor today but have there been others? I can't think of any tbh.

    There are no others with a 100% record. The best win ratio of any Charlton manager is Les Gore who won two out of three (67%). The best record for any manager in charge for the equivalent of a season or more (not that we're likely see that again) is Mike Bailey with 25 out of 55 (46%)
