Adrian Bevington cannot be cheap.

Screwing her jaws together would be just as effective and cheaper.36
-
Doing things right, rather than doing them wrong and then getting someone to persuade people it didn't happen would also be effective.
*EDIT* Just read the other thread, apologies for repeating what Airman more or less said 2 hours ago.12 -
The two main problems are RD and KM - can't communicate and won't take advice. It's obvious what the solution is.....
As long as they are involved with the club the problems will continue.4 -

When will they understand it's too late for most fans to ever be in a position to accept them running our club. Just go9

Nothing is ever their fault - its all down to the stupid and ungrateful fans. KM is a fantastic CEO but sadly nobody can understand this...Bigbadbozman said:When will they understand it's too late for most fans to ever be in a position to accept them running our club. Just go

Meire is still in the mindset where she thinks we can attract fans from other football clubs.Bigbadbozman said:When will they understand it's too late for most fans to ever be in a position to accept them running our club. Just go
She genuinely doesn't understand football. I'm sure when people mention declining attendances to her she just shrugs her shoulders and says she'll win more customers to replace those that aren't attending.4 -
How dare you, she's a life long Sint Truiden fan I'll have you know...Brendan_O_Connell said:

There can't be many clubs - let alone in League One - that need not one but two specialist comms set-ups to support and advise them.
And what does it say about Pitch that they have felt the need to bring in Adrian Bevington as well?
Hilarious.17 -
She has already identified that we need to be actively canvassing SW London, how the hell have we missed that opportunity these last 100 years ?????Brendan_O_Connell said:

& don't forget she alone managed in a matter of minutes to persuade a taxi driving spuds supporter to give up his support of a premier club to change his allegiance to de Chalton Football cloob

They're probably fleecing the club and having a laugh whilst doing so. Meire and co would be too stupid to realise.AllLeftFoot said:There can't be many clubs - let alone in League One - that need not one but two specialist comms set-ups to support and advise them.

I hope these costs show up in the annual finance report. You could sign a midfielder for all the cash they've wasted here.2 -

Indeed. For some reason or another it appears that we, the fans, are a problem.AllLeftFoot said:There can't be many clubs - let alone in League One - that need not one but two specialist comms set-ups to support and advise them.

Can't think why.0 -
Bevington was on about £300k at the FA, so work out his day rate from there.1
-
£1k a day isn't unknown for someone at that level and would be right if he was on £300k paRothko said:Bevington was on about £300k at the FA, so work out his day rate from there.
Why they need Pitch, Bevington AND a new head of Comms isn't clear.
How they can justify it when budgets elsewhere are being cut is weird.5 -

Roland could do.a better job than him anyway.
No doubt he's already emailed Bev and told him as much!2 -
I'd imagine he charges c £5k as a day rate based on that as a salary...Henry Irving said:

Anyone want a permanent job?
Just e-mail Rolly with a simple plan of how you can do the job better and cheaper and lob in some computer stats and graps and the job is yours.0 -
When you add in all the salaries of the players on the books that are out on loan at other clubs you see why we have a big budget. Spend , spend spend meanwhile back in the real world the customers are leaving in their droves1

Might be drivel to you little legs, but there is a growing band of supporters that don't think so!ElfsborgAddick said:6 -

300k a year is 25k a month. A freelance day rate will obviously be more than a permanent salary, but i'd be amazed if we're paying him anywhere close to 5k a day.
Anyway regardless of what he's earning, it's remarkable that a known tight arse like RD is willing to sanction any of of these extra costs.0 -
They can spin it anyway they want and keep throwing money away on a worthless exercise.
The majority of the stay aways will not come back until they have gone.1 -
It's almost as if they should've listened to the comms team when they arrived, saved a bunch of money and not had such a horrendously high turnover of staff.4
