    Phillips: 7 Handled all crosses safely, unflustered.
    Solly: 7 So good to have him back. Tried to haul us back into it at 0-1.
    Fox: 6 Did ok today after a couple of recent shockers.
    Bauer: 6 OK apart from the gift.
    Teixeira: 7.5 They weren't a big threat but he really stepped up after HT.
    Crofts: 7 Fine through ball for the hat-trick goal and see Solly for leadership.
    Konsa: 7.5 Excellent second half. Deceptively strong and quick and very mature today.
    Aribo: 8 Well done Joe. 3 assists and some other fine set pieces.
    Botaka: V shaky start but worked hard to improve after HT.
    Magennis: 9 Outstanding No.9 performance. They just couldn't handle him at all, and not just in the air.
    Chicksen: 7 Thought he contributed well without being really eye-catching. Always eager and available.

    Solly: 7 As if he'd never been away.

    Fox: 6.5 Sound. If he goes I think we'll miss him

    Bauer: 6 Not his usual self even ignoring the slip.

    Teixeira: 7 Got his goal and solid otherwise

    Crofts: 6.5 Did what he does. Useful with others around that can play.

    Konsa: 8 After a lacklustre first half produced a really good second half performance. That run from our box to theirs sticks in the mind.

    Aribo: 7.5 Decent deadballs and a good all round game. Faded so just below Konsa today for me.

    Botaka: 6.6 Typical Jordan. A mixture of good and anonymous.

    Magennis: 8.5 Scored 3 and put himself about all match. Well deserved MOM

    Chicksen: 6.5 Complemented Fox and generally sound.

    Chicksen: 6.5, just about - didn't do much wrong; did some good stuff.

    Phillips: 8 ... goal not his fault and played well, didn't looked troubled.
    Solly: 8.5 ... usual Solly, just 100% dependable, hope his knee's last a few more seasons.
    Fox: 8 ... showed what I've said for ages, someone decent in front and he's a good player who makes the odd clanger (sort of the outfield version of David James!). I hope that wasn't his last game for us.
    Bauer: 7 ... at fault for the goal but otherwise looked in control, can forgive an error once in a while.
    Teixeira: 8 ... steady as you go and a goal.
    Crofts: 7 ... Despite his endeavour i'm still not convinced but the stats say otherwise.
    Konsa: 8 ... looked comfortable in midfield.
    Aribo: 8.5 ... nervous start but once settled looked very very good, what we've been missing in the middle.
    Botaka: 6.5 ... a poor mans Paul Mortimer, he'll be replaced in Jan.
    Magennis: 10 ... So pleased for him, his work rate weak in week out is sensational, thought he took his third goal very well especially as by then he was whacked. Different style/physic but reminds me of Garry Nelson.
    Chicksen: 7 ... defensively worked well with Fox, didn't give much going forward.

    Solly: 7.5 brilliant to have him, right to take him off and save him for Millwall
    Fox: 6.5 abuse was disgusting, knocked his confidence and didn't want to get forward unless he had to, not bad though
    Bauer: 7 unlucky slip otherwise solid
    Teixeira: 7.5 solid and got a goal
    Crofts: 7.5 great passing at times, scored one and assisted two in last 3, becoming more effective
    Konsa: 7.5 very good performance today, real touch of class at times
    Aribo: 8.5 three great assists, loads of energy, showing again he's got potential to be a very good player
    Botaka: 7 poor first half, second he ran at them and was much better
    Magennis: 9.5 top class, could've had 5, becoming cult hero, starting to see that nasty/aggressive side and it's great
    Chicksen: 7 good performance, think him and Dasilva down the left could be interesting, lots of pace and able to cover one another

    Yes he did. Fox had a go at Tex for not picking up the runner, which Fox had to deal with. No doubt if they had scored it would have been all Foxes fault.

    Phillips: 7 good catching, made some comfortable saves. Maybe made a bit of a hash of the one-on-one but back any professional striker to do the business there

    Fox: 7.5 played very well today, every now and then you see his potential and today was a good day for him - played it out from the back much, much better
    Bauer: 6.5 stinker for the goal (-0.5), otherwise comfortable
    Teixeira: 7.5 right place to score his goal (+0.5), otherwise comfortable
    Crofts: 8 actually thought he was quality today, outstanding distribution - caught on the ball a few too many times
    Konsa: 7.5 good energy, composure, looked at home in midfield
    Aribo: 8 generally decent game plus three assists
    Botaka: 7 love his little skills, didn't quite get far enough to create proper chances, but is exciting and looked dangerous on the ball I thought
    Magennis: 9 a monster from 30mins onwards, absolute pearler of a finish for the third
    Chicksen: 7.5 lots of energy, feel like he's quite a limited player overall - but in his natural position his speed and runs caused plenty of problems

    Phillips: 6.5 – Didn't do much wrong
    Solly: 7 – Good to have him back; got better as the game went on
    Fox: 6.5 – I don't like the booing; has gradually improved in each game since the Millwall one in spite of the abuse
    Bauer: 6 – At fault for the goal, and seemed shakier than his defensive partners
    Teixeira: 7 – Looked comfortable; today and Southend suggest he seems to have settled in again after his return to the first team
    Crofts: 7.5 – I've been more impressed with him over the last couple of months; deserves more credit IMO for helping others perform, and has now started adding assists and a goal threat to his game
    Konsa: 7 – The experiment of playing him in midfield didn't work in the first half, but he was a lot better after HT
    Aribo: 7.5 – Didn't stand out as much as he did on Saturday, but still an impressive performance for a youngster who has played so few senior games
    Botaka: 6 – Disappointing to start off with but got better; I hope we don't revert to Ajose out wide while he's away
    Magennis: 9 – Outstanding!
    Chicksen: 7 – Solid, very few mistakes, and works well with Fox

    Solly: 5.5 Amazed at high marks on here. First game back, looked a little tentative( which is understandable). Distribution from the back generally poor, with several wafted aimless chips down the line, to no one in particular. He is a legend and I love him, but don't give marks through rose tinted glasses.
    Fox: 6.5 Sorry all the Fox abusers, I thought he was a better defender than Solly today, and supported the attack more frequently.

    Plus 10/10 for KR for introducing a new system, playing Konsa and Aribo in midfield and dropping Ajose and Ulvestad to the bench.

    KR tells us what he's doing and why before kick off and still some bitch about him! Imagine how we will be with Holmes back, Dasilva bedded in plus a couple of additions.

    Phillips: 7 A few decent saves. I still don't think he's made a serious mistake, since he's got in the team.
    Solly: 7.5 Great to have him back & his experience was vital on a few occasions.
    Fox: 6.5 Played well, one of his best games of the season.
    Bauer: 6.5 Lost 0.5 for slipping & giving away the goal.
    Teixeira: 7 Much better 2nd half.
    Crofts: 7.5 Great to see him passing forwards. Best game of the season/ one of the best ?
    Konsa: 7.5 Superb performance for 1st senior game in midfield, despite looking lost in the first 30 mins.
    Aribo: 8 3 assists. The boy has a football brain, has skill and can run. I said he should have been playing months ago.
    Botaka: 6 I thought he was ok.
    Magennis: 9 He has to be MOM. A great reward for all his effort this season.
    Chicksen: 7 Decent if quietish game.
