    Earlier I was tempted by Phillips, he's pretty young and in a highly pressurised position so it should be easy to destroy his confidence. But then I thought "why not go for something unexpected" so I've decided to boo Josh Magennis and Chris Solly from start to finish against Millwall.

    He did say the caller before him was articulate, clever and good looking though.

    Shame in a way. Always a 100% trier, but over the years
    he suffered in comparison to our previous LB's
    A fit Rhys Wiggins, Chris Powell, Paul Konchesky,
    Scott Minto, Mark Reed etc.
    Hope he does extremely well at the 'Massives'
