Villas in France / Italy

Morning all,

Anyone on here got any tips for a decent gite / villa somewhere in the south of France or maybe Italy?

Looked at quite a few but nothing has really grabbed me yet. Looking for a couple of weeks in summer holidays

If no anywhere specific - where is a good site to look on the interweb?

Looks awesome. I'd guess a little out of my price bracket but I'll drop you a line nonetheless

That looks a fantastic place to get away from it all. What a shame you have ruined it for any Charlton fans by having wifi...

I demand at least 120 acres when renting a villa so this paltry 117 acres just wont do !!!!!

It's alway about the booze with you ain't it
  • No vineyards as I don't drink but plenty of woodland and meadows. When we rent it without the agent the price I think is, for 8 people is reasonable for what it is.If you are looking for peace and tranquility, in a very beautiful setting, and yet very close to incredible places like Perugia, Arezzo,Assissi then this fits the bill he says modestly

Wow @PeterTate that is impressive, looks stunning.
  • Is there a town nearby where you can get an English breakfast?
Ideally a half decent boozer with a live group on an evening.
Not the local crap playing some shitty wind instruments, but a Neil Diamond lookilikey
    Thanks.

That's a bit of me that is. Is it kid friendly? Great place for a few couples to relax for a week with good food & wine!
