will the East Stand ever be finished?

With the cost of steel going up 96% is it possible that the East stand will never be finished with the addition of the upper tier?

    I think the cost of steel is secondary to the fact that we are playing in the wrong division.

    If and when we get promoted and get established again i'm sure it will be one of Steve Waggott's priorities.

    WHEN we get back to the promised land, I can see it being built with reclaimed steel from the dismantled Olympic site in Stratford.

    Wouldn't bet against what F blocker said. The Stadium will have a lot of re usable steel in the top tier that will be sold off.

    Isn't the price of re-cycled steel governed by the price of steel generally?

    yeah, but reclaimed stuff is surely gonna be cheaper than brand new stuff.
