Does Roland own the house I am renting?

If so, NO you tight git, don't hide the rust with duct tape - just buy some new garden furniture.

Hope you're not too attached to that table mate, heard a whisper it's going to be unveiled as our new centre-back when the transfer window reopens.

Centre back? With all that duct tape around it's feet, surely it's the President himself.

    Centre-back pairing I think.

If Roland owns it, you better make plans to find new accommodation - you'll be out the door in a couple of weeks.

Do you have to give your landlord 2-weeks notice if your feet are going to be cold before you go into the kitchen?

Note: This is a quip about Ro-land-lord installing your kitchen under-tile heating cabling but being too tight and/or stupid to put a plug on the end of it

    Thank goodness for the explanation.

  • KM say that it will improve our table ranking.

JJ didn't comment but he's been at Charlton so long he's become part of the furniture
