    I don't think we can make much of a judgement of our managers. Not sure anyone can do well at the club. Working for the club is like being in a tank full of water, instantly out of your depth and no hope of catching a breath.

    Although we've had some terrible managers under RD I can't hate one of them, its a job to support themselves and their families and they can't do their job properly and the blame lies in RD's hands

    If he had any self respect he should never have taken the job, 10 minutes of research would have made it clear this is not the Charlton that the rest of the country used to know.
