Any Floyd Road or Valley Grove residents on here, parking question

My Uncle, whose not a Charlton fan, is moving into one of the houses outside the away end on Monday, he called me last night to ask what the residents parking restrictions were on matchdays, ie, does he have to move his car out by a certain time, when can he come back in, can residents still park in the main car park etc.
