How do I get General Charlton and recent discussions on the same page?

I am using an Apple iPad.
Currently I have to keep swapping over each time I want to view posts in Forum/recent discussions and General Charlton......is there a way to merge the two?

    Everything from all categories should be in Recent Discussions
