The on-pitch protest yesterday that no-one saw

In a story more worthy of April 1st than May 1st, Charlton Athletic officials were at The Valley today trying to work out how to remove giant infra-red letters painted on the pitch which were there throughout the whole game v Swindon but were visible only by satellite.

The letters were still visible on Google Earth this morning, see below:
