Can any help with a Google email problem please.I changed my passwords on my two google address and since then have not be able to acccess my accounts.I have tried contacting Google by phone and a separate email,and they keep telling me the accounts are not reconised which I have had for over two years.I have also tried their recovery system which also does not work.

    Sorry Derek not sure what issue would be, but whenever I change password on my google account, I get an automatic email sent to a secondary email address (my work one) so that if someone hacked and changed my password I would be aware of it.

    Are you able to find an email you have sent from your google mail to another of your email addresses?

    Similarly, do you have a mobile phone number registered with your account that could be used in recovery?
