Three reasons why Les Reed has to go now.
Even if you believe he can work miracles in the transfer window, we will get zilch from these three games whilst he remains.

PS Whoever Reed gets in it will be too late he has no respect from the players here already and after last night he has lost all respect as a manager from supporters. Les please keep your dignity and resign.

    See this is the problem the situation COULD get far worse before it's supposely gets better. If Reed goes in 3 games time, then the whole transfer policy is screwed, as the new man won't have time to do the deals we're suppose to get under Reed.

    It's a gamble.

    I don't see it as a gamble - If Les stays then we will lose all three games and thus our fate will be sealed.
