Hope DaSilva comes too but surely he will be attracting championship interest this time around.1

Are we and Bradford just slowly swapping squads? I mean, I know the BBC have called our ground Valley Parade before now, but I didn't realise it was part of a slow amalgamation between us16

Well he's argued with just about every body else.ForeverAddickted said:7 -
Don't know a lot about him but seems a good squad player from reports seen!
I don't think this means Ricky is off either, he is away on holiday at the moment so hopefully something is agreed just needs a signature0 -
I don't understand why we don't just make Ajose our striker. He is the closest thing to a true striker we have and he did score 12 last year.2
-
Can someone help me with a question?
Let's assume we play 4-2-3-1.... does it matter if one is left-footed or right-footed at various midfield positions? Or do teams just put their best players out there regardless of whether they are left or right footed?
Cuz it seems all the good midfielders available this transfer market are right-footed and I wonder if this limits our options.
Thanks.0 -
We did, for half of last season.NapaAddick said:I don't understand why we don't just make Ajose our striker. He is the closest thing to a true striker we have and he did score 12 last year.

I don't think he was better than Morgan Fox .The Red Robin said:
Chicksen was our best left back last season and actually had a very good game at Bradford.cafc_harry said:Chicksen signs for Bradford, really hope we get Da Silva now.

Morgan Fox was a penalty away from being a Premier League footballer. I think you might be wrong.Covered_End_Lad said:

The one thing Da Silva is not is head and shoulders above anyone!cafc_harry said:

Alternative to Reeves? Another attacking midfield signing doesn't suggest Ceballos is likely to play a part this season.0 -
Depends on how KR wants to play. With the two on the flanks, of the 3, it depends if he wants them to be old school wingers. Hugging touchline, beating full back and crossing on stronger foot (LM/RM).NapaAddick said:Can someone help me with a question?

Thanks.
Or you have two wingers that cut in, to the middle of the pitch. Ricky Holmes on the left, cutting inside and being involved in all build up play, and vice versa on the other side. (Like when Gudmondsson started on the right, and cut in).
Both have pros and cons, just depends on how wide he wants to make the pitch in passages of play, or if he wants to keep narrow.1 -

Interesting that this contract was signed three weeks ago, according to rumours from good sources at the time, but the announcement was to be delayed until their had been some signings.0
