What's a bleep test - a measure of how hard they are working by measuring how many swear words they come out with in a 10 second period ? TW to win by a mile as he's a Jock.

Now RJ has left, he has no competition

Charlton on Facebook are live showin the return to preseason bleep test. If you've got nothing better to do. Warm up clip below - who's the guy after Watt?

In order was that Ceballos | Sarr | Kashi? (Didnt overly recognise the first lad in the three)

Someone says on Twitter that its Teixeira behind Watt?

Didn't know Ajose had that kind of stamina. If he ran half as much in an actual game he'd be very useful.

It surprised me about ajose but then I went to slades meet and greet night and he highlighted that ajose was top of all the stats and ran the most on a matchday. Sadly for a striker it goes unnoticed unless u score goals.

    Joey Barton
  • I realise that it would not be Barton (banned for months)......especially after he slagged off Roland in his autobiography

That's Jorge Teixeira with a silly haircut
Has he got his phone in his hand showing his teammates where he will be playing this year?

Promising that Kashi did so well on the bleep test...either that or the rest or unfit!

Watt was apparently the first one to drop out. Kinda underlines my point.

Gavin Peacock said during the bleep test that Watt was looking much leaner too.

From what I could see (this doesn't include the guys on the far side as I couldn't see them)

    Watt first

Holmes was next out with Mark Marshall.
Holmes and Marshall went straight over to join Watt

    Pearce fell next with Solly

    Then Jacko

    Bauer and Ceballos followed.

Dijksteel was the next to go followed by KAG

Kashi, Ajose and Fosu were I think the next three and Aaron Barnes kept motoring through... as winner

Watt's performance doesnt really say a lot then if Holmes was one of the next to go seeing he can run all day during a match

What's Gavin Peacock doing on the training ground? He did that video clip with his father a few days ago, is there something more permanent in mind, or is her just taking a few days holiday from his Canadian church?

Ricky Holmes. Apparently it's a toss up between who he signs for. Us or Sheffield United.

    Doh! Meant Keith... not Gavin.

It seems I substituted the father for the son. Who knows he might even be the first substitute of that kind I have made!

Looking at our squad, I don't think we really need many more signings if we don't lose anyone. A keeper and maybe Ben Reeves? It looks extremely strong for League One

KR said he wanted a goalkeeper, number 10, left back and right back. That would give us 2 for every position plus a few extras and that's before you count u23s that could break through.

Said before as much as we need more depth we also need to be fitter and deal/prevent injuries better than we have done.

We only have one left back Page.
Chicken and Da Silva have departed.
    Definitely need another left back.
