Transfer deadline extended

The transfer deadline has been extended by an extra 24 hours cut off date 1st September. Is this to stop a repeat of the farce between Pompey and Man City in January or because Sir Alex can't find his striker yet

    I think you'll find that the red nosed jock has found his striker but he is taking the p1ss if he think he'll get him for £20.5m as quoted in the papers. If Tevez is worth £32m then Berbatov is worth more.

    Maybe its because Tevez is three years younger, or maybe the extra money for Tevez had to be more in order to pay off all the people that had timeshare in him.
