Greenwich Borough v Charlton XI|PSF|15 July 2017|KO 7.30 PM

The big RGB derby has for some reason be scheduled on the same day but it at least means that all the squad and the U23s will get a run out or place on the bench.
Beeney
Tex, Konsa, Sarr, Barnes
Crofts, Dijksteel
Marshall, Clarke, Ceballos
Novak
Homes and JFC are likely to miss out with injuries but maybe on the bench.
U23s will make up the rest of the bench. Most interest might be here with six trailists at the last U23 game. how many have survived and will feature will shall see but a few shouts of "Oh, mate, who are you?" are likely
Players to watch will be free scoring Reeco Hackett-Fairchild and trialist 3
5 - 1 Charlton

Anyone know if Pritchard is gonna play?0

Looking at the two teams picked today I'm not sure which one I prefer1

Done my drinking apprenticeship back in the 80's at the old Greenwich Borough club and Yorkshire Grey (RIP both). Saw Ian wright and David whyte play for them.
They had a tidy side last year including Bradley Pritchard and Charlie Macdonald.
Was gonna go and watch but away on hols.1 -
Fair play to anyone who does the double header. I was planning to but Welling was enough pre season football for my desire.1
-
I shall be going. I am a sucker for punishment.1

Will there be a commentary via the ever reliable Valley Passed ?0
-
That's a more exciting team than the Welling one IMO3
-
Only three trialists but Reeco getting a deserved start.
With Ajose gone RHF must be in KRs plans3 -

2-0 Ceballos
Clearly playing for a transfer2 -
Henry. Not sure what you see in RHF. He is tall but skinny, easily knocked off the ball, not quick and no great touch. I think he is in Connor Gough, Zak Ansah and Chris Dickson territory. Umerah Hanlan and KAG are far better prospects. The 1st two need L2 loans.1

Have you seen him play? Can't compare kids with legends but his style is reminisent, Aribo also has that driving style thats hard to dispossess.blackpool72 said:

And I hope you are right1 -
Ceballos scores one and sets up another. Looked head and shoulders our best player in pre-season so far. Glad STTV might be snapping him up.5

Having watched all the Ireland pre- season games Ceballos was the hardest working player on show, what evidence do you have to say his hearts not in it?4
-
Ceballos will not be leaving.16

Quoting another poster on the Tex thread. Think Ceballos wasn't ever given a fair crack of the whip and is the playmaker we need this season.SDAddick said:Ceballos scores one and sets up another. Looked head and shoulders our best player in pre-season so far. Glad STTV might be snapping him up.
