    Claydon going for 51 from his 4 overs was effectively the difference.

    Just back from the match. McCullum's innings was the difference between the sides, clearing the ropes 6 times. Indeed Middlesex cleared the ropes much more than Kent, and many of their shots were massive threatening spectators and the tennis courts next door!

    if we had got McCullum out early, things might have been different though
