They're lucky
A) it didn't hit anyone
b) it didn't happen at lunch when there were tens of people around the square
C) it happened on a quiet day instead of an international or t20 when there were 25,000 in the ground. That would have made it harder to avoid panic. It would have made it impossible to get everyone under cover, as it was they got people into corporate boxes etc.0 -
