Jake has passed away, after complications with pneumonia, at the age of 95! Having been brought up by my dad on stories of the great fighters of the 40s, 50s & 60s, when he used to go regularly, this guy was one of the many who stood out for me. A relentless body puncher, at a time when middleweights first ruled.
