Only saw this post late yesterday and am very upset to hear about Pete. I knew Pete from Sundridge Park golf club we regularly played with his great mate Andy Hunnisett and as it happens we all left the club about the same time. I lost track of Pete a bit but used to hear how he was doing through mutual friends. You couldn't meet a nicer guy, one of the most idiosyncratic golfers (in a good way) I have ever seen which was often funny to watch.

The world will be a much worse place now Pete is gone, such a young age it doesn't seem fair. I am personally sorry I didn't make his funeral I would have liked to have paid my respects in person so I now post here and hope that Steve reads this message.

    RIP Pete

Thanks very much for those kind words Dave
You must also know my brother Chris, Pete's cousin.
Yesterday went off very well by the way and your kind words will be read by Peters family who will read this thread.
    Thanks again.
    Steve.
