  • It's a good job that his "understudy" is playing and scoring so well.
Take our minds off another expensive injury prone dud (if that isn't putting it too strongly)

Is the Pie Man back as first team physio? Or does Robinson need the board game "Operation" for Christmas?

If it’s severe grade one and very low grade two there’s no chance he is making this Saturday. A good aim would be for the Wimbledon game but that may even come too soon depending on how much rest he has between now and then.

    Injury prone dud?

Marshall was fit and playing until he suffered torn knee ligaments in a pre-season friendly.
Happens to most players during their career.

After a long time out, it's very common that a player will pick up a small unrelated injury or niggle due to lack of match fitness putting stress all over the body when he plays or trains hard. Happens more often than not.

    Yeh you're right, I know.

Gets frustrating still waiting to see our marquee signing in late October.
Particularly after all the genuine crocks we've had in recent years
