    Hard men of rock my rear though. Storming off stage when someone threw a plastic bottle at them. Have produced some great songs but can't say i love them cos they are a pair of moody idiots. Did chuckle at the bar incident in Germany a few years ago.

    If anyone's in tonight BBC 4 9.00 "They came from Manchester: The Story of Mancunian Pop and other programmes follow on about Manchester bands / Factory records. Think they're a repeat but worth having a look if you're not watching the BB Final (as if) :-)
