    Imagine if we got Maidstone. This bunch would certainly run valley away coaches in the same way as usual.

    Get on at Gillingham spend 2 hours winding your way to Charlton via loads of stops. Get to Charlton only to do the same journey in reverse to get to Maidstone.

    And they would wonder why no one used it.

    Given that shit happens to beaten teams when the next cup draw takes place and they miss out on a ‘dream draw’ I fully expect charlton to be drawn at home either to Plymouth or Exeter just to rub salt into Truro’s wounds. And, as we have played Exeter in a cup match already this season, in the time honoured tradition of Charlton it can only be Exeter that we are drawn against.
