Come on @Covered End the gaffer needs you.
  • Excellent stuff well done!
Like how Robbo referred to the North Stand as the covered end, he has certainly done his homework since he's been at the club.

Can't help but like KR, yes he sometimes talks too much but he is quite clearly a great man manager and really cares about his club and players.

That was a great video well done. I have to say that's the first time I have warmed to KR in an interview. Yes he can talk the hind legs off a donkey but he came across quite genuine something I've personally never really felt. Very good.

Great interview. KR is a top bloke
  • Great interview, well done

I can imagine players wanting to play for KR, he has that sort of infectious personality that must inspire some loyalty

Fantastic interview. KR's first full season and we are fourth in the table. Can anyone really ask anymore of a manager with our current owners.

I hope he remains beyond RD and co.

Liked the line "I say yours because it is your club". I doubt it was intended to be but it felt like a dig at KM.
  • Good interview, both come across very well. Good on Karl for doing it and well done Jamie, future there for you for sure!

I don't think CARD could have scripted an interview better about what was wrong with the club and what needs to change.

    Very good interview.

Very impressive. But without Reesha it was a shadow of the matchday vlogs

Personally I really like him and suspect the players do too. Love the fact his ethos is to build a club.
Just hope he's allowed to continue if we get taken over.
Or if we don't, he doesn't get the boot if we just miss out on automatic then lose in the play offs. This club's best times have always come through continuity.

Excellent - KR comes across well. Let's hope he gets the right support (from whoever ends up owning the club.)

Pleasing that he's still miffed that we didn't beat Millwall at home last season.

Me too. I'll admit when he first got here his endless yapping got on my nerves and he didn't convince me that he actually had a grip of what was going on at the club between the fans and the owners.

From things he's said in this video and at the recent Q&A event it seems he's made the effort to educate himself on what it means to be Charlton and actually believes in it.

Enjoyed him giving a little bit of stick at the end - really good interview
  • Really enjoyed that.

I have to say it’s hard not to warm to the man, he does come across as genuine and sincere, even though he kept reminding me of Robbie Savage.

    Thanks.

Just subscribed to his channel although I am far too old to be doing such things. KR comes across very well in that and Jamie may be about to create a career for himself.
