It’ll be AJ all day long
  • Like Strictly, this programme has far too much padding.

We recorded the final last night and whizzed through the important bits in 22 minutes. The same could be done for SPOTY.

  • I’ve watched the first hour or so of this and I’ve switched it off. Apart from the Bradley Lowery piece that was genuinely inspirational, the whole thing is cringeworthy. Used to be a favourite of mine but it’s now unwatchable. Just my opinion.

This. I lasted a bit longer than you but the sycophantic drivel has finally made me turn over.

The two main rivals outside of Kane as I mentioned earlier.....

Froome has been in the news for all the wrong reasons.

Hamilton has won it quite recently and the next time he gets it - it will be the lifetime achievement when he retires.

So it can't really go elsewhere

Missed some of the show, has it been mentioned who the bloke in his speedos sitting down is?
  • Mo Farah and Konta couldn't be bothered to go from London to Liverpool! It won't be either of them
  • Bloody hell!
  • Who was that saying 'fuck off' at the camera?!

    signal loss!
  • That's just so so odd. Nobody would have guessed that top 3

I guess I’d better do my Apprentice and cricket predictions now!

I gave up when the Michael Johnson bit came on. Gut-wrenching, mushy, slushy, meaningless old shite.
  • Shame he won

Bloke had a childish strop the other day saying he wouldnt bother attending because he'd been out voted in other years so was frustrated at not being regarded higher by the public!!

So the BBC man beats two athletes that perform on sky. Shocking.

Not in the top three . I’d never even heard of the guy that came second.
  • Utter bollocks. I like Mo Farah but he’s won fuck all this year.

Like Ryan Giggs though... He was nominated that year for his career rather than what he'd achieved that year

Brilliant. AJ an unlikable prick, what’s new.
  • Farah won gold in the 10000m and silver in the 5000 at the worlds in 2017

AJ 1/12 in the betting 5 minutes before the results. Not in the top 3. Lol

    Really, DM ?

Did you miss his winning run in the World Champs 10,000m in London last summer ? I didn't. I was there.

3rd World title in a row isn't too shabby in my book ....
