Sheffield United : Lost
West Ham : Lost
Watford : Lost

Charlton : Drew!

    no mate, there are very few games you have to take advantage of, Fulham athome is one of them.

    Even better - we looked like a team up for a fight tonight, and that's a massive improvement.
    And DB scored again.
    A long way to go, but apparently Portsmouth last year turned it round from 18 points after 28 games. So there is hope.

    It did look at long last like watching a football team.

    Here's what happened - Dowie got sacked, Pardew was appointed and there we just pretend the other 41 days didn't happen. (No offence intended to Les who, by almost all accounts, is a decent guy)

    Pompey also had £20m odd to spend, which kinda helps.

    However I agree with your sentiment, there were a lot of positives to take from the performance.
