    Charlton Athletic midfielder 'needs to score goals' says boss Karl Robinson


    Joe Aribo was a constant fixture in Charlton Athletic's team at the back end of last season.

    The 21-year-old from Camberwell has hardly been used this term - other than for cup matches and the odd substitute appearance.

    But he has started the last two League One matches - in defeats against Portsmouth and Blackburn Rovers - and he showed at Ewood Park what a fine emerging midfield player he is in the absence of Ahmed Kashi.

    Against Blackpool, today (December 23), the former Staines Town player will be without Jake Forster-Caskey alongside him and the onus will fall more on him to deliver.

    It's a lot of pressure for Aribo but he can handle it, given the experience he has had.
