Prediction Knock Out Cup Draw 1st January at 12 noon

The Prediction Knock Out Cup begins again for its fourth year for the fixtures taking place over the weekend of 6/7 January. The draw will be made online at 12 noon on New Year’s Day. If you want to watch the draw live online, you can watch it by joining at this link https://zoom.us/j/468823224.
For those who have never taken part before, here are the rules:
• The competition will involve the top 128 competitors in the weekly Prediction League on Christmas Day, i.e. up to Week 17 of the League. This will be all competitors in top 4 divisions of the league, the Vauxhall Conference and the top 12 of the Beezer Home Southern League. In the event of a tie for the lower places on points, the most recent highest score will count, i.e. a score of 3 in week 17 would rank higher than a score of 2. If there is still a tie, week 16 is used etc. Average scores for non-participation will count as 0.
• The 64 ties for the first round will be drawn on 1st January. The winner of each tie will proceed to the 2nd round like most other cup competitions. For the first round only, the 64 losers will be entered into the Johnstones Paint Prediction Cup.
• The score each entrant gets in their tie will be the same score as they achieve their weekly prediction in the League. In other words, entrants need to do nothing more than post their predictions as usual. Where an entrant does not post any predictions, a score of 0 will be counted rather than any allocated average score.
• In the event of a draw, there will be a replay the following week.
• In the event of a draw in a replay, the player placed in the higher position at the time of the first game will win ‘on penalties’. In the event of both entrants having the same points, the higher score for the most recent previous week will win on ‘penalties’.
• In a replay, the second person posting must not choose the same predictions as the first person posting in that tie. If the second person posting does post the same predictions, they will be deducted one point from their score.

I've been out there watering the pitch despite the rain we've been getting and having the players train on it to tear it up in hopes of getting a big team at home in the first round. The real life equivalent for mine and @Charlton_Stu 's teams are Everton and Tiverton Town.
That's a 480 mile round trip for my boys. But my fans are still heading up there in droves (well, probably drove singular) despite the likelihood of it being on TV.
