Craig's son David has just tweeted that his father, the former Charlton VIP director, died today aged 57. His close friends had known that he was very ill. There's a lot more to be said about Craig, but for now just wanted to share this horrible news.

He was a great guy who always had time to talk to our lot. Coined the phrase Pat Van Den Bastard after that challenge on Newton. RIP.3

Blood Hell!!! Such a nice bloke, used to stand next to him at the Selhurst days and the last time I spoke to him was at Coventry last season.
What a great shame RIP.2 -
