Looks like a new approach to transfers - a manager (and he was introduced to the crowd as Charlton's new 'manager') who talks about transfer targets. Perhaps we can start unsettling a few targets now!

    But Pressley's a free agent, so the situation is different to most other transfers.
  • as he's a free agent, does that mean we have to wait for the transfer window (not that it's a million miles away, just a question)

    It would be good if he could come in now and train with the squad and be ready to go straight in on Tuesday.
  • i bet he'll be really hungry to show his old club what they are a bunch of w*******s for forcing him out. watch some other team pinch him at last minute, now that word is out.

    Celtic apparently have put in an improved bid (2 year contract rather than one).

    you can't blame him turning us down to go there with CL football etc
