I was out at an Italian restaurant last night, and they were showing Bordeaux v Roma. Suddenly realised dear old Soully was playing - the gloves were the giveaway. Directly at fault for two of the three Roma goals! I was sorry to see him go at the time, but at least we just about got our money back.

Also in the restaurant was the actor Daniel Schutzman, who played the gorgeous Italian in Footballers' Wives. Seemed a good guy, apart from being a gooner!

    With difficulty, B!! It's a restaurant owned by a mutual friend, and there weren't many people in, so we all got chatting. Mr W had to drag me away in the end... ;-)

    mind you could have been one of those cival wedding jobs i guess ? so if two peeps of the same gender getmarried its a "cival" wedding is it Un-cival if two peeps of the opposite sex get ,married ??? mind you with my family the "afters" have been a bit un-cival afew times !!

    I've always meant to ask you - how do you get on with that - y'know, with not being able to see over the back of your seat. do you have one of those child booster seat things?
