Could some please explain to me how i can "upload" a picture from an e-mail i've recieved onto the Charlton Life site.
Remembering i'm a carpet fitter ; I need it in as simple terms as possible !

    Save it to your desktop, start a new discussion then click the INSERT IMAGE button above on the toolbar (looks like a TV screen next the A font symbol)and then locate it on your desktop, click and then hey presto

    DA9 is right, kind of... best in this case if you use the Attachments button ("Choose file") just above the "Add your comments" button.
