I bought the original from our very own Henry Irving a few years ago - so take that Duchatelet!

The purple and green one is as utterly monstrous as I recall. Awful, just awful...

By the way, on a retro shirt vibe, Classic Football Shirts are bringing their Fabric of Football Exhibition to London in a couple of weeks.

Think the quasar shirts were good just shows the smaller brands are sometimes better I think the Nike kits are awful.

They were certainly distinctive, indeed did any other team have Quaser kits?

I hate the Nike/Adidas catalogue kit approach, charging £50 for a shirt with less unique design input than a £5 one from Primark is desperately lazy

Amazed you didn't see me sneak in to take that. Bit weird it's permanently hanging there though.

This is nostalgic. The green & purple was the first shirt i bought for my then 4 or 5 year old son. Who is now 24 !

My favourite from that era was the "ecru" Mesh away kit. Loved it.

I do like the kits, but I do think they look like cheap fakes. They remind me of the fake football shirts your kids always pester to you to buy for them on holiday.

Have the purple and green one at home, wonderful kit, hope they produce a modern interpretation of it for our away kit in the near future

Sure it was green shorts with the balmer white purple green shirt. Didn’t we have green white and red hoop shirt as well

Cannot find a single photo the actual kit online but I'm sure someone else will be able to.
