From start to finish,you can't help to be inspired.It will leave them in no doubt from 85 -08 we are a remarkable club and they could make it a real fairytale.

    I suspect that they probably have already. After all, the buyers mentioning "the passion of the fans" isn't going to be a result of them being impressed by our vast away support, is it?

    guys as soon as /if this goes through you will see attendence at the valley increase to great them.... if you have any thing to do with charlton this deal going through is quite simply the most exciting thing we have seen since the flawed signing of rommedahl went through......

    in terms of our away support, simply if we got a couple of proper players in, I mean if we signed Joaquin on the wing Im absolutley sure our away support would start going up dramatically.....

    If we look back at that thread about how many away wins everyone has seen in the last few years the pickings were extremenlt thin, Im sure if that reverses and we start to win on the road loads more would turn up.....

    That sounds like me in the seventies....Walking to and or/ from the game...couldnt afford the bus fair and the gate money
