Well, I’ll be setting off around 7.15am from Eltham, so I would be interested in knowing what the queue is like?
I’ll update you all when I get there.
Of course anyone can join in with their own comments and the latest news.

    12 hours before the game?

Where on earth are you setting off from?
    Eltham John’s house in France.
Sounds like a cover act you’d get at The Venue

What would be a great idea is a turnstile where you could rock up and pay in cash to get in.

Cash or a contact less card reader at a couple of designated turnstiles.
    doesn't work with numbered seats
Make some areas of the ground unreserved seating like Rochdale Saturday,Millwall have some home areas unreserved seating.
We have reserved seating in the east stand? Who knew?!

Ive just seen @SoundAsa£ ‘s car being towed with him asleep in the back.

Come to think about it and as the same car that was parked up in Dartford a few weeks ago.

I just hope that after all that effort Charlton don’t go breaking his heart by losing.

Still in the bloody queue on the phone. Is there actually anyone there?

Got a ticket. The poor woman sounded like she'd had a very busy day.

Brilliant idea. One where you go through it and it issues you a ticket for your allocated seat and your mate goes through it say 10 minutes later and he is issued a ticket for his allocated seat...in another block ?
We have two blocks that are sectioned off at the moment. Make it sit where you like there so no need for seat numbers.

Going forward, I am not sure it is beyond the realms of possibility that you could have something similar to a train ticket machine that shows the map of the ground, you select your seat(s) you want to buy and put in your card/cash and a ticket is printed.
