Ok, blatant plug for money;

Kim Dixson, the Women's skipper and longest serving player of the cup and league winners (with two games to spare I might add) and Charlton fan is cycling in the Football to Amsterdam along with @Tracey and @LouisMend amongst others to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

She's still a bit shy of her target of £1k, be really good if we could help push her towards that or even get her over it. I know she'd really appreciate the support from fellow Charlton fans whether it's 50p or £50.

    Also, reminder to get checked out as necessary. And as for other man cancers - make sure you play with your balls once a month and try and feel for any odd lumps.
