This article suggests a mix of 1st team and U23's. Which, some would argue, IS our first team.

I understand that we are contractually obliged to field our first team in this match. When we signed Jamie Mascoll from Dulwich Hamlet, part of the transfer involved a clause that a friendly would be hosted by Dulwich Hamlet, and Charlton would have to field a starting XI consiting of the first team squad. Obviously in our current predictament, there will be some under 23's playing, but do expect many of the first team to play a part.cafcsinger said:Tempted to go to this as only live down the road, is it mainly going to be the u23 team playing?

That is a good point, is Mascoll out injured? He looked very promising in the few games he played last season and we currently have no back-up at left back.TalBHAndreBA said:

Bowyer said Elliott Ward would play against Cambridge and Dulwich, but he doesn't seem to be listed today.Vincenzo said:This article suggests a mix of 1st team and U23's. Which, some would argue, IS our first team.

Its weird cos the OS said 60 minutes today 30 minutes tomorrow and vice versa.
But todays game is 4 30 minute quarters, so all players end up playing 60 minutes1 -
Maybe that's what Cambridge requested?paulie8290 said:Its weird cos the OS said 60 minutes today 30 minutes tomorrow and vice versa.

It allows an entire squad to get 60 minutes playing time each, rather than just 45mins.
Another step for getting extra minutes under the belt.

Odd they've all had 60 minutes today when we're obliged to play a first XI tomorrow.
The Stripey's been getting a bit of stick from Dulwich
