The women's game has come on so much. I am very impressed with it. But there is a desperate need for keeper coaching as our second proves. But it is a weakness evident at the high end of the game too. The FA should put a lot or resources into this and it will give us a real advantage. Would be surprised if Neville hasn't latched onto this easy win. I'd be looking for reasonably tall ex Gymnasts as a starting point.

Yes, they would be the girls who grew too much so would be looking for a new discipline. Not sure given the age they start how you can know how tall they will end up!0

Katie Startup is actually on loan from Chelsea, just like the mens side Chelsea have a lot of players.1 -
Probably a bit unfair for female goalkeepers that the goal size is the same as in the men's game, it does make it harder to cover all of it.0

And as for salaries, you have to be playing for one of the huge teams. I play a social kickabout every Saturday with a girl who was offered a contract at Villa, and it isn't financially viable for her, so she decided to just play football for fun instead.smudge7946 said:How does the woman's game sustain itself?
