    Bit unfair that, they are normally undeclared, that's more in line with the last Tory manifesto... If they were declared as seventeen oxen and a three chickens, or umpty twelveteen, that would be more like Mrs Abbott...

    That is a terrible article. Badly written and factually incorrect. Woolwich Council was abolished in 1965. Surely a local journalist would check such a simple fact about the area they are supposed to cover? Obviously not.
