You never knew me when I was younger and know fuck all about me now. Despite running with a lot of SWP members as part of the ANL and others I would never join them and always argued with them over their twisted, so called socialism. The same pseudo-socialism the Corbyn and his entryists promote.
I've always been an anti-racist/fascist and always been a social democrat (small s, small d) so my young self is little different from me now (politically, I maybe slightly heavier) but in your public school, middle class, left wing arrogance you think you know better, which is no surprise.
So that is is why I despise those on the left who protect and promote racist, misogynist, homophobic and anti-Semitic groups like Hamas and other religious fanatics which Corbyn constantly has. I'm not even going to go into his dishonesty over being very pro-Brexit.
That's why I am shocked but not surprised as countless labour party members acts of antisemitism go unchallenged under Corbyn. His own brother, mentioned in the article, being one of the worst.
Now go back to your public schoolboy, middle class, internet opposition to the far right while ignoring the racist, misogynist, homophobic and anti-Semitic but it's OK they are lefties right in front of your nose.
OK, rant over. Stop feeding the troll. Back to ignore mode.10 -

Corbyn is spearheading the sorts of policy that I feared Labour might never dare promote. Egalitarian, social-democratic (yeah, what you claim to be) policies that ensure strong national infrastructure, safety nets for the deprived and better pay for workers. Policies which the slightly underrated Ed Miliband hinted towards but didn't commit to. Policies which the Greens have been shouting into the void for decades. Policies which are immensely popular with the public and extremely unpopular with the papers and the BBC.
Sure there are potential costing difficulties, especially if the usual suspects can keep avoiding the taxman, but for the first time since I became eligible to vote I felt I had a major party to vote for.
I don't understand what's 'pseudo' about it. What part of Labour's last election manifesto rang false? Do you earn over £80,000? Then your taxes might have gone up a bit. Otherwise, what were you afraid of?
Now, of course Labour has the occasional problem with its pro-Palestine wing going a little overboard. I could indulge in a bit of whataboutery, but you and I both know what sorts of people shelter beneath the Tory umbrella, so let's agree with Corbyn that bigotry of any kind is wrong, and while we might wince at some of his short-sightedness now and then, I'm sure we can both applaud his willingness to reach out to individuals involved in complicated international situations in order to try and broker peace. I'm sure we can both agree that this is admirable and far harder than simply to sit back and watch conflict unfold. I'm sure we'd both rather take a broad view than reduce it to 'hangs out with terrorists!!!' like a Telegraph headline.
And of course, Labour aren't challenging antisemitism, not suspending or kicking anyone out, oh no. At least, that's what you'd believe if you were dead set against Corbyn from the off. You'd probably also believe that Labour are the party of misogyny and homophobia. You'd actually make yourself believe that. It's pretty impressive, really.
I'm also quite amused by your (otherwise fairly accurate) characterisation of me as a public school, middle class leftie, as if that's something that happens all the time. You do know, of course, that the vast majority of privately-educated kids end up as massive Tories? Or soft-left Hampstead-types who tut and vote Lib Dem whenever they feel a bit threatened by social change? I don't think you know me either.
I know the SWP have a lot of aggro wankers, and some of them have assimilated into Labour, and it's regrettable, but Corbyn's Labour are a broad church. They're not just Anarchist-flag-waving bovver boys, much as you'd like to pretend so in order to justify your sense of being left out. They're a vast nationwide movement of people who are thoroughly fucking sick of being treated like cattle.
Look at the people who've liked your opening post on this thread. They're almost all outspoken Tories. That's who you run with now.8 -

Paranoia is a bit of a thing here. He has his faults and can be very questionable, but that side of him doesnt show itself in this article and its reasonable enough.
I guess if Tony Blair said that I would be on the fuck off blair train... So I guess my argument here is completely invalid but im still going to post it.

Just finished reading a battered copy of Blair Wars
Blurb ''No Prime Minister in modern times has led Britain into as many wars as Tony Blair. In seven years in office he has committed soldiers to action in Kosovo, in Operation Desert Fox against Iraq, in Sierra Leone and Afghanistan -- and, most controversially, in the final battle with Saddam Hussein in 2003.''
Think how many Charlton's could have been bought with the £60 billion his wars cost!
