Where will we finish this season?

The new season is nearly upon us and as what is laughingly called a squad is pretty much in place, where do you think we will finish this season?
Even if the takeover happens at some point this season, I think 18/19 is basically a write off, so 13-14th place at best.
If we somehow do get taken over before the next transfer window, itll probably be used to try and salvage the season as apposed to a promotion push. Unless we end up signing 6 or 7 world class players at that point, and go on an amazing winning run to the end of the season, I still dont think we finish higher then mid table.
As a side note, if we do start the season poorly, itll be interesting (and horrifying) to see how badly attendances will nose dive. Oxford at home in October on the Tuesday night will be interesting!

At this rate CAFC's season will finish with the team coach, broken down, on the hard shoulder just before midnight on 2 October an hour in to the journey back from Scunthorpe, when it turns out the septic old bastard hasn't paid the coach company for a month and they're refusing to get a replacement out to fetch the squad. Having accumulated 2 points from 11 games and with only 12 registered players fit for action, Lee Bowyer leaves a pithy message on roly's answer service, precipitating the lying europrat to wash his hands of his Charlton experiment and appoint a receiver.
