Anyone else noticed that since El K v Arsenal (and he was the biggest culprit of this after that one flew in), we go for power, and without fail, hit the wall?

  • Yeah and what i don't get is that you have Bouazza, Bailey or Basey to take a freekick so they let Ambrose take it, i can't ever remember ambrose scoring a setpiece and they do that two men in the way of the ball why not just curl it in or place it in.

He did against Braga in the friendly last season ;)

Are Bouazza and Bailey good free kick takers? Being serious, have no idea, have they scored many in their careers?

In his interview Bailey said thats the first time he has scored from a free kick!! Gld he took it but not sure why they let him!
  • Jensen apart, it's been the same for years. Peakey's rocket was the only free kick used for about three seasons!

wouldn't it be Sod's Law if our 13 game winning run came to an end at home to Derby infront of the Sky cameras :-)

I'd happily take that, esp as I was due to be at that match if it had been on the Sat, but can't be now that it has been moved!
