    I can't imagine that seeing the same faces in charge would motivate the players anyhow.

    We need someone that is going to stop us getting relegated...

    If Pards goes and that is by no means certain, putting in a rookie, however decent his record was as a player or even reserve coach would be a huge mistake in my opinion. We need somebody who can put some backbone into the team sharpish and liven them up.

    Agreed but unfortunately they don't sell people like that at Makro's.

    Agreed but unfortunately they don't sell people like that at Makro's.

    Point taken but there are out of work manager out there, some of them decent ones.
