    all we have to do is put him on gardening leave and let someone who knows what they're doing and cares about the club come in as 1st team coach (can't be manager - that's Pardew's title)

    I agree gardening leave, or just sack him and pay him till he gets a new job as per sven, promote from within.. I don't think you necessarily have to pay the whole lot up front - Sven was like this if I recall, so it wouldn't necessarily cost us 'anything'..

    You'll end up with the worst of all worlds. No its bullet biting time, it has to be. If we can't afford to bring somebody in externally, then Kins or Gritty or both to take over.
