As KR only plays one up front, I imagine Pearce to look after him and Pratley to clear up behind as he reads the game so well, just like the old sweeper formation, sorry you younger fans if you do not understand the term sweepercovered end junior said:Think Pratley at CB will be fine, I suggested it a few weeks back when Bauer first got injured. Really nice to see Robinson get what looks like a warm reception. I've always felt he was harshly maligned. He definitely tried to play football the right way, and ultimately he wasn't a good enough coach to get the team playing well enough for promotion. He also had a tough run of it with transfers and injuries, but I bear him no ill will.
I understand to a certain extent why people don't like him. But he was never a malicious actor, he was just a manager who wasn't quite good enough, and who probably needed a more experienced head alongside him.7 -
